At Aya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Log into your Aya account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
